Foveaux Brick Veneers – Pt Chevalier, Auckland
The brief for this existing property was a complete make-over of both the house and the gardens.
Changing the exterior cladding and and interior wall to encompass a clean, contemporary brick veneer finish. This application of brick was also replicated around the outdoor pool and garden landscaping.
Design
To add a more visual impact a running-bond application was chosen for installation of the exterior cladding and interior masonry wall. To compliment the existing landscape and surrounding properties the Foveaux brick veneers were manufactured in a premium made to order colour in ICE.
Installation
Installation was made easier with the convenience of the colour matched mortar that created a seamless transition between bricks. The overall project once completed resembled a new build not a renovation. The client was “over the moon” with the final result.
